Garrett is a licensed civil engineer and certified Envision Sustainability Professional who strives for sustainable and resilient designs. His experiences ranges from general site design and civil engineering work, including utility conveyance and stormwater management, to water and wastewater facilities.
As a project manager and designated engineer in several municipalities, Garrett has been heavily involved in a wide variety of projects. These include large diameter water and sewer conveyance, wastewater treatment facility upgrades, water district formations and extensions, funding assistance, and stormwater management. He enjoys seeing his projects from design through to construction, assisting in the development of construction detail drawings, environmental permitting, bid phase support, and construction administration.
When he isn’t busy with water infrastructure efforts, Garrett enjoys getting outdoors with his family for various recreational activities at one of the many beautiful water resources in the Northeast.
